Counter Sales Associate

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Counter Sales Associate who is team oriented and service minded.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with fellow employees

  • Answer phones and direct calls

  • Maintain working knowledge of POS System

  • Operate manual & electric pallet jack

  • Load customers when needed

  • Ship and receive small materials/orders

  • Stock merchandise in showroom & sales office

  • Clean and maintain contractors sales office

  • Clean and maintain showroom

  • Open and close computer and cash drawer daily

  • Ability to assume other responsibilities when needed to maintain superior customer service

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally & in writing

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Basic computer and typing skills

  • Basic math knowledge

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to bend, twist, grasp, lift, and carry up to lift 50 pounds

  • Positive Mental Attitude

  • Self motivated

  • Reliable transportation
